This DPA applies to the BAI Analytics entity identified in the applicable order form or subscription agreement. If none is identified, that entity is BAI Analytics Inc. (a Canadian corporation) for customers located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Canada, and BoundaryAI, Inc. (a Delaware corporation) for customers located in the United States. For customers located in any other country, it is the BAI Analytics entity named in the agreement. The current list of sub-processors, their purposes, and processing locations is maintained in the Vanta Trust Center.
